About me
As an agile account / digital project manager my mission is to identify the Clients' needs and provide the most appropriate solution for their business requirements. I supervise and coordinate projects from cost estimate through the development to handover, while creating a human-oriented and pleasant, but productive atmosphere within my team.
Besides business aspects I always keep tabs on the participants' comfort. I always aspire to be sensitive to incidental tensions, handle and resolve them in time by continuous communication both with the team members and Clients in order to ensure the success of projects, business relationships and cooperation.
