Managing the production of estimates for the change and the agreement of additional fees with the impact on the budget. Oversee compliance, particularly design risk assessments and competency. Identify the need for specialist designers, arrange fee quotes and manage their appointment to the project. Support the construction team in holding progress meetings with contractors and the clients (ourselves).
