  • • 1920s-themed swing event at The Ivy House in South London, featuring a 5-piece band, solo guitarist and pianist, silent film installation and photo booths. Sold out a week prior to the event (170 tickets) and next event taking place on 28th November. • Book band, coordinate photo shoots and develop various strategic online promtions involving email marketing and social media. Liaison with venue staff, photographers, sound engineers and guests to ensure the smooth running of the event.

Researching and booking artists with expenditures of up to £2000 per artist, working with agencies such as Elastic Artists, Coda and Echo Location Talent Agency. • Developed contacts within both national and regional press to help to assist with event publicity and promotion, and liaison with managers to build campaigns that promote both artist and event. • Manage budgets to account for 500 capacity events with bar tab expenditures of up to £8,000. Process invoices, contracts and source riders. • Liaise with graphic designers for poster and flyer design and work with numerous photographers with specific briefs. • Sell outs at Sugarhouse Studios, The Yard Theatre and The Bussey Building.
