• Manage the copyrights for pop and production music clients. Work with collection societies across the globe, ensuring our clients work is registered and be to collect royalties. Continually liaising with artists’ representatives for song clearance and print, arrangement and adaptation requests. • Stakeholder management with finance, production, A&R and legal departments to oversee business affairs. • Liaise with other publishers on a daily basis to resolve song disputes and duplicate claims. • Generate royalties reports for management based on market research. • Licensing rights to 3rd-party enquirers and generating invoices & contracts. • Monitor efficiency of data processing by co-ordinating a catalogue shipment module. • Provide training and guidance of system procedures.
• 1920s-themed swing event at The Ivy House in South London, featuring a 5-piece band, solo guitarist and pianist, silent film installation and photo booths. Sold out a week prior to the event (170 tickets) and next event taking place on 28th November. • Book band, coordinate photo shoots and develop various strategic online promtions involving email marketing and social media.
