  • Politics is Rubbish
Politics is RubbishWhat if we transformed an everyday activity into a political discussion? Politics is Rubbish is a speculative design project exploring politics and physical interaction. What if every receipt had a political question printed on it? We could turn throwing something in a bin into an opinion. If every receipt has a political debate printed on, we can engage people in a conversation using an everyday object as the vehicle. The concept is presented as a prototype printer. Printing a summary of the idea and the question 'Is Arts Education Important?' The audience is prompted to answer the question in the bins provided and is supported with an accompanying publication.
