- NBC - CHILDHOOD'S ENDNBC Universal approached me to shoot the cast portraits for thier new Arthur C. Clarke miniseries "Childhood's End" for the SYFI Channel. The series stars Mike Vogel, Julian MchMahon, Daisy Betts & Charles Dance who most would know from Game Of Thrones. I was thrilled to be offered the opportunity. The set design I came up with to shoot the talent against was heavily influenced by Arthur C. Clarke's "2001: A Space Odyssey". - West Side Place - The Ritz CarltonMelbourne agency 10 Feet Tall got in touch in regards to a 3 day shoot for new development West Side Place. The development will be home to the new Ritz Carlton Hotel. On this project the team worked with creative legend Stu Black from the agency who gave Andrew carte blanche to create finished works of art to run alongside the brief which was to display Melbourne locations & lifestyle in a luxurious manner mainly for the Asian demographic. The entire team then worked together to produce incredible results. Thrilled to be working in this space Andrew took the project on board and produced a prolific amount of work that now forms a majority of his new portfolio seen on the brand new website: www.andrewmaccoll.com. His passion for his work with light and capturing true beauty in people guided him towards high end advertising, portraiture, landscape and fashion photography. Andrew has been graced with some amazing opportunities during his career including shooting Robert De Niro, Bill Clinton, music superstar P!NK and many more celebrities. His accolades include twice being internationally acclaimed as one of the worlds top ten photographers in his field by the Hasselblad Masters in Berlin.
