A, R and Marketing Manager
In January 2015 I worked alongside the owner of Brilliance Records to establish Balsa Wood – a new club-focussed label. As A&R and Marketing Manager I was responsible for signing artists to the label, including drafting legal contracts. It was also my job to develop and implement marketing plans for releases, including working with external PR agencies
