Hello,
My name is Andrey Andreev. I was born in Varna, Bulgaria.
After completing my A-Levels, I began developing my skills in the Graphic Design area.
I bought my first Adobe Creative Suite in 2007 and experimented on my own for a while.
One year later I had a Portfolio and I started my first Job as a Graphic Designer at Millenium 2000 Ltd. in my home city. Millenium 2000 is a fast-paced advertising agency specialized in Graphic Design and Artworks.
With a team of 3 Designers, the workload was significant, especially during the Peak Seasons, which provided me with the opportunity to build up strong multitasking skills. In addition to my improved Adobe CS skills, I was able to work professionally with CorelDraw after my first year.
After my second year at the company, I was promoted to a Senior Designer.
In 2014 I worked on various Music Videos in Bulgaria. Within the company of one of my friends, just to gain new skills – Directing, Video Shooting, Video Editing, Color Corrections.
Since then I have Improved my Video Editing skills significantly and now I feel comfortable working with Animation tools and Video Editing software.
One year later, in 2015, I realized that I was not able to reach a next level within the company I was working for and I felt the strive for new skills and higher development. However, there was a Recession in the business. There was no opportunity of gaining new skills with new Campaigns or new Customers. Therefore, I decided that relocating to the United Kingdom would provide me with what I am seeking for.
Today I am looking for a company in London, UK. It is important for me to understand the basics of a company`s workflow in order to adapt to its system in full. I am certainly an experienced professional but I also believe in company's established methods and the importance of being well familiar with them. To be a Graphic Designer in the UK I consider to be a challenge for me and that is exactly what I am here for – a challenge!
