  • ate is a family of four galleries: Tate Britain, Tate Modern, Tate Liverpool and Tate St Ives. It also has a presence on the web – Tate Online. Tate is responsible for the national Collections of British art and of international art from 1900. Working as both PA to the Head of Development and Events and as Administrator to the Corporate Sponsorship team, roles and responsibilities include: - Extensive diary management for managers and a team of 10 - Maintain annual leave and time in lieu records - Travel arrangements both international and domestic - Facilities management including kitchen and stationery - Financial management including expenditure and invoices - Assist in compiling PowerPoint presentations - Mailings: Order catalogues, posters, exhibition tickets and monitor delivery - Private View Invitations: To send out the private view invitations. - Assist with crediting: to assist the Corporate Development team with arranging for both membership plaques (Millbank and at Tate Modern) to be updated - Ensure all relevant client information is documented and updated on Tate’s database - Respond to a range of written and telephone enquiries from current sponsors. - Schedule internal and external meetings with sponsors and to book meeting rooms - Corporate Benefit Delivery for corporate accounts. - Organising and hosting workshops, early morning tours, conservation tours, private views of the Gallery including organising catering, art experts and overseeing events from start to finish.
