Providing secretarial support by entering, formatting and printing information, answering the telephone, replying on emails and relaying messages to head officers. ? Setting up Audio Visual for meetings. ? Dealing with the post on a daily basis and distributing the rest of it where needed. ? Keeping client files and internal phone lists up to date.
