Perform administrative and office support activities. • Customer service, greet visitors, handle incoming calls and mails. • Assist shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for. • Provide shipping and pricing information. • Processing cash and card payments and t rack sales progress. • Manage database records, word processing, create spreadsheets, filing and data entry. • Responsible for the logistical processing of customer orders, arranging shipments, creating, processing and tracking purchase orders, maintaining inventory and following up on shipment and delivery.
