About me
My name is Marian and I’m a 2D animator, illustrator, visual artist and designer with a degree in Fine Arts and a diploma in Character Animation (Central Saint Martins). I live in East London and I’m able to work in house as part of a team or remotely. I specialise in 2D Flash animation and illustration, working mostly as a character animator and character designer. I combine my strong drawing skills and background in Fine Arts to deliver distinctive and diverse pieces of work including animations for TV series, educational projects, character designs, flash workshops and content for websites or corporate presentations. I’m honest, friendly, professional, very organised and I enjoy the challenge of producing high-quality and eye-catching work to deadlines. I am always keen and quick to learn, refresh my skills and work with new technology. During the last years I have worked as an Arts Tutor and Animator teacher for HM Prison Services in London, running a successful animation course for male offenders focused on Flash. I have also been leading animation workshops for children and young people with disabilities and I am sensitive to issues related to young people and social subjects. I take a great pride in my work and don't work for biscuits (unless they've got chocolate on!) so if you would like to discuss a project with me please visit the contact page and say hi.
