I’m a digital marketer with over six-years experience across PPC, reporting and analytics, website management, SEO, social media management and more.     With the exponential growth of the company and the marketing team doubling, I was promoted and took responsibility for a team of four: Management – Liaising with senior management including the Marketing Director, CEO and MD to understand and input into the business and marketing strategies and briefing work in to team members.     My first 6 months at NWS were focused on analysing business data, reporting on marketing and sales efforts and implementing and optimising paid ads: Reporting – Generating weekly, monthly, board and miscellaneous reports using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Peak 15 and MailChimp to help develop the marketing strategy. Paid ads – Creating, improving and reporting on PPC adverts for Google, Facebook and Instagram. Web updates – Uploading and amending content and optimising for organic search on Sitecore and Umbraco. New website – Helping plan and implement a new CMS with the web development partners. Also – Posting on social channels, creating email campaigns, improving the NWS app, amending company documents, proofreading, working on the company magazine, evaluating client personas.
