  Giant Birthday CakeI designed and built a Giant Birthday cake for a music Festival. The cake was built in sections and had a stall trader selling birthday cake from within it. I managed the budget, design and build.
• Brownstock FestivalI am the creative director of Brownstock Music Festival. I have compete control of the look and design budget of the 8000 capacity festival. I deign and build installations such the farmhouse and cake as well as venue dressing all of the areas, such as VIP area and silent disco. I have been the creative director of Brownstock for 6 years and It has taught me a great deal about event design. The budget for the festival is relatively low so this encourages you to get more creative with what you can do and not spend extortionate amounts of money.

  Giant Birds NestsI designed and Built two giant birds nest as seating for a festival. The birds nest are built from the ends of industrial cable reals as a base, then a frame built around that. the are stuffed with hay and upholstered with tarpaulin. They structure was then covered with branches to give the effect of a birds nest.
• Pop up FarmhouseI designed and built a pop up Farmhouse for the music festival that we run. The structure is designed in sections and can be flat packed for storage. Inside there is a hand painted aga, kitchen and a sitting room. It is used at the festival as a chill out area. I designed the structure and built the sections. I also sourced the furniture and décor for the interior.

  Treehouse StageWe run a Music Festival, and for this festival we decided to build a tree house stage into two oak trees in the field. I designed and managed the build of the structure. The basis of the structure is scaffolding and it is then wooden clad. It is a fully functioning stage and can hold live band.

  WeddingI managed the design of a 150 sit down guest wedding at our own farm. The wedding was held in tipis and had a vintage style to it. I took control of the design budget and did everything from initial concepts and design to sourcing and buying décor and Venue dressing.
