  • Brand Relationship Manager, – Leader in beauty ecommerce • Responsible for management and development of key driver brand relationships to leverage opportunities as a priority market partner. • Ownership of key brands (including Kerastase, Tigi, L’Oreal Professionnel, Paul Mitchell and Decleor) sales targets and revenues, total portfolio valuing over £6m. • With a particular focus on aligning digital marketing activity; working directly with the brands to continually improve commercial arrangements (including sales and distribution channels, reviewing retro targets, price management, margin, delivery and payment terms and any other relevant conditions). • Continually monitor, analyse and evaluate all marketing activity related to these brands in order to ensure maximum effectiveness and high levels of overall sales performance across all relevant channels. • Owner of bespoke marketing plans by each key brand and category: focus on strong cross channel mix to drive sell out growth, build brand story and customer engagement on our platforms (including CRM on site, email, Social platforms). Planning and installation of key brand launches, range launches, renovations. • Management of commercial buying decisions to amplify marketing mix, leverage opportunities with regards to stock levels, promotional activity, margin priorities. • Review and influence other opportunities for company growth – i.e. SEO, PPC, offline advertising, gorilla activity.
