About me
I’m an art director and sometimes-photographer in London. Currently photography director at Courier, I concept and commission stories about people around the world with good ideas. Before this, I was art director at Refinery29, collaborating with an array of visual artists creating award-winning projects and campaigns. I’ve also worked at, or created work for brands including GANNI, The Times, Financial Times, Net-A-Porter, ELLE, Kheil’s, MACK, Nike, & Converse. Sometimes I work with brands and publications to establish and refresh visual language, or on campaigns. If you’d like to talk about any collaborations please get in touch. I take photos too (mostly in sunny places) and run a side project called Tourist Tees.

    Tourist TeesTourist Tees is a personal project by Anna Jay, with collaborations from Montse Tanùs, Sian O’Flaherty and Luke & Nik. The concept is to play with the idea of the tourist t-shirt, a souvenir of a place and Anna’s love for travel and merchandise design. The editions celebrate different cities through an evocative shade of colour, custom type designed by Montse Tanùs, and they serve as a momento of the unity of the EU.
