Distributing digital copy to broadcasters globally. Liaising with advertising agencies, post houses, sales houses and TV channels regarding forthcoming campaigns for distribution and ensuring all parties are kept up to date with all aspects of the delivery process and that tight deadlines are adhered to. Interpreting client media plans, extracting the information IMD needs in order to deliver correct material to the correct destinations and to give accurate quotes. Checking digital files for quality and accuracy and overseeing the intake of material. Liaising with partner companies and ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly. Invoicing and PO chasing. Management of specific client accounts and associated client entertaining. Building and keeping up relationships with broadcasters, sales houses and partners. Liaising with IMD MCR, Software and Engineering departments to find solutions to problems and helping to streamline processes.
Identification, encoding and monitoring of foreign language submissions from a range of media using bespoke monitoring software. Assisting with the compliance checking of world - wide advertising using a customised website. Assisting the review team with pre-approving other languages, providing accurate feedback in a timely fashion. Working as part of a team to ensure all departmental deadlines are met. Helping clients to improve their performance across all areas of marketing by auditing their Marketing Activities. Identifying relevant advertising from a variety of English language media, including Television, Press and Internet. Entering specific information onto a customised database accurately and to specified deadlines. Providing cover within the department or other areas of the business as required. Liaising with other departments via e-mail or telephone to ensure quality and consistency is maintained. Meeting companies and departmental objectives and standards. Processing high volumes at speed – utilising company’s standard methodologies – and to quality standards in order to meet customer’s daily Service Level Agreements. Managing daily workload by putting and using certain systems and procedures into place in order to increase productivity.
