    • After serving as backstage support for several projects, I was invited to be direct assistant to lead producers, preparing and executing very diverse and unique events for top lifestyle brands including Belstaff Women's Presentation LFW SS16, Gareth Pugh's Show LFW SS16, Launch Event for Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and the Jermyn Street Show LCM SS16. Duties: • office management and PA duties to senior members of a team- arranging meetings, travel, managing calendars, and undertaking general administration - producing documents, briefing papers, databases, presentations • budget coordination (using FileMaker) – updating, sourcing quotes, raising and sending out PO’s and tracking payments • acting as a first point of contact for clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, venues, internal staff; answering their enquires and making sure they are provided with all necessary information and materials • supporting logistics of the project – searching for venues and suppliers in line with the creative concept and budget, contacting them and liaising with them, collating H&S documentation, drawing up schedules and overseeing deliveries • supporting the creative process by researching ideas and creating moodboards • backstage coordination Production Runner roles: - Women in the World London Summit 2015 - L'Oréal Professionnel Awards 2015 - China's Next Top Model

    • Being a part of a highly dynamic global fashion PR agency gave me a chance to get involved in the backstage functions of LFW & LCM shows and to get familiar with all of the industry stakeholders, from designers and publications to opinion leaders. Duties: • hands-on assistance with preparation and during events; setting up a venue, overseeing a front door queue, delivering invitations, photographing a front row guests (Sass&Bide AW15 show, Jonathan Saunders AW15 show, Hunter Original AW15 show, Craig Green press meeting) • assisting showroom and account managers in ad hoc administration and PR tasks • online sample, contacts and invitations management involving advanced use of ‘Fashion GPS’ software
