A digitally focused communications agency where responsibilities include: Having been employed originally as a Senior Account Manager, I requested to transfer into the Project Management department which has been hugely supported internally, in both roles I have worked on the following: 1. I was employed to work on the Virgin Atlantic account which was a win for the agency in October 2013. I took on a 50:50 role working on both the flying club (the clients eCRM programme) part of the business and the ‘trade’ side of the job (marketing collateral for travel agents within and out with Virgin). Working on the eCRM programme involves producing at least 10 targeted email campaigns per month as well as ongoing comms. 2. Duties include direct line managing of two account executives and a junior producer 3. Most recently on the trade side of the business I was the Senior Account Manager/ Project Manager on the launch of a new site for Little Red. Highlighting the ease of getting between airport terminals in Heathrow. This started off as purely an internal communication, but due to its success, the hope is that this will soon appear on aircrafts internationally as part of the in flight entertainment system. This was my first parallax site and was hugely rewarding. http://www.littlered.virgin-atlantic.com/intro 4. I have recently started working on the Danone part of the business project managing the second round of the Danio Grumbler campaign: http://vimeo.com/98713356
A digital direct agency where accounts and responsibilities include: 1. The Glenlivet where I was the Project Manager/ Account Manager reporting into an Account Director working on a new eCRM strategy and proposal for the current Guardians programme (the brands current CRM programme). We were in charge of maintenance of the current website, email comms and community management and importantly three campaigns throughout the year including a new whisky launch which launched in May 2013 http://www.theglenlivet.com/the-whisky/glenlivet-alpha , This project changed on numerous occasions throughout the process and involved working with other agencies, 3rd party developers and a rather tricky visual artist. I was the sole point of contact and organization for all of the above. 2. GSK alli where I was the Account Manager / Project Manager with an Account Exec reporting directly into me on the Global alli account and supporting 28 local markets. For alli we ran the website and online support programme for people taking alli as a weightloss tool. This involved email campaigns, POS, banners and ongoing site maintenance across all markets. 3. T-Mobile where I worked on the launch of the new CRM programme for the brand, Treat Van. This was a rewards programme similar to that of O2 priority moments and was a first for T-Mobile as a brand. Tasks included strategic planning, reward selection, community segmentation, email comms, microsite build and photoshoot organisation.
