Working in a small recruitment business, (11 people). Supporting 7 recruitment consultants and the MD. Administration tasks: answering the phone and enquiry emails; explaining first steps to application process and advising on Nursing & Midwifery Council application, IELTS test, etc. Entering all enquiry details onto database, updating applications, filing, updating spreadsheets, tracking costs, producing reports and reconciling expenses. Buying all birthday presents, organising staff away days, events and social media updates. Sending invites and logging training attendance. Diary management: managing consultants' diaries for nurses' compliance, setting reminders for expiry dates. Managing compliance, applying for CRB checks, occupational health clearances, chasing mandatory training, visas and passports, registering nurses. New starters: Preparing new starter packs, meeting nurses at the airport, helping them to acclimatise to life in the UK and offering on-going support, answering emails and telephone queries.
