• Diary management for 7 meeting rooms, booking travel and meetings, greeting all guests & clients, directing and screening phone calls, sorting incoming and outgoing post. • Creating budgets for front of house spending, processing expenses, credit card statements & raising PO’s, creating itineraries. • Event management & arranging catering, keeping kitchen and stationery fully stocked and organised. • Occasional account management & new business research, organising company events e.g. annual company away day & Christmas party, hosting weekly ‘Friday Bar’, hosting client & exec workshop days leading logistics, hospitality & catering throughout.
