Roles and responsibilities included : Developing the editorial line of the magazine, the sections organization, the articles formats and the publication calendar Raising the profile of the magazine Setting up editorial teams : staffing and formation of fashion collaborators, coordination of freelancers’ work, writing articles, concepting new subjects, rewriting articles. Working closely with writers, photographers and advertisers to ensure that readers are given the most up-to-date information regarding fashion trends.
