    Curated and managed a multi-million-dollar art project with the Arthur Blank Family Foundation for the new Mercedes-Benz stadium in Atlanta, Georgia from October 2015 until project end in August 2017. Worked in close partnership with construction managers, architects, interior designers, and project engineers to collaborate on art design for site-specific commissions. Previously served as artistic director for the SCAD Museum of Art and campus-wide exhibition spaces through exhibition design, programming, and media relations. Liaised with creative department to collaboratively design all web and print materials for exhibition openings, museum announcements and newsletters, traveling exhibition booklets, and other promotional materials. Partnered with the executive director and head curator to source, develop and plan innovative programming to keep the college at the forefront of contemporary art and ideas, while being fiscally responsible. Selected accomplishments ● Curated and managed site-specific artist commissions for the Mercedes-Benz Stadium art collection, including the mascot sculptures for the NFL Atlanta Falcons and the MLS Atlanta United teams – the highest-profile commissions in the collection. Innovative tech commissions include Swarm by Random International - powered by AI - and Humans Since 1982 – powered by robotics. ● Directed SCAD Style 2015, an annual, week-long event hosted in Savannah, Atlanta, and Hong Kong that celebrates industry leaders in fashion and design through panel discussions and featured talks. Speakers included Lauren Bush Lauren of FEED, Neil Blumenthal of Warby Parker, and Johannes Torpe of Bang and Olufsen. ● Spearheaded the exhibition design and casting of Tableaux Vivants, a live staging of selected French paintings for SCAD’s annual Sidewalk Arts Festival. The showcase incorporated custom sound technology.

    Successfully launched and directed the company’s first department to purchase, commission, and curate artwork for Tiffany stores and offices with a purpose to increase brand engagement with consumers. Supervised project logistics including financial strategy and installation at over 200+ bespoke boutiques worldwide. Collaborated on the art direction of store photoshoots with media and PR groups. Developed key gallery and dealer relationships for sourcing and art commissions through active networking and engagement within the art world. Built and managed the decorative department team, including an assistant manager, materials specialist, interior designer, and interiors assistant. Supervised external support staff including photographers, architects, contractors, and graphic designers. Worked in close collaboration with Visual Merchandising, PR and Marketing, Product Design, and Business Development departments. Selected accomplishments ● Leveraged strengths in cost-effective production measures, negotiating with vendors (framers, shipping and installation, printers, etc.) to achieve projects consistently under budget by 15 to 20% without compromising schedule, quality, or aesthetic. ● Led roll-out design and production for artwork for special marketing initiatives, including the Tiffany Global Bridal Initiative and the Tiffany Watch Initiative. Branded artwork was installed into 200+ stores worldwide from 2013 to 2015, coming in 30% under budget. ● Notable purchases and commissions include a series of work by Nancy Lorenz, a three-storey chandelier by Studio Roso, a series of paintings by Gabriele de Santis, paintings by Paul Fägerskiöld, sculpture by David Altmejd, and a feature work by Thilo Heinzmann.

The aim of this research was to explore the opportunities and challenges of transforming stakeholder management through the lens of intelligent human-machine collaboration – How could artificial intelligent (AI) tools evolve stakeholder management and impact the role of the project manager of the future? This project discussed the role of AI as a Collaborator in evolved stakeholder management and its impact on stakeholder engagement and culture. Key findings discussed stakeholder communication, transparency of knowledge shared, the creative and collaborative skillset of the project manager of the future, and the project manager as a business manager.
