About me
I am a hard working individual who works well under pressure and also enjoys new challenges. Having worked as part of a team and a variety of different roles I have developed excellent communication skills and a passion for understanding and meeting the relevant needs. When required I can work independently and am not afraid to take the initiative. I’m committed to learning and growing to meet my goals and actively seeking an opportunity to demonstrate what I have to offer. I have always had a real passion for all things music, film and travelling. I have been to Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand a couple years ago on a 2 month trip, it was incredible. It gave me the opportunity to see family and also experience further independence. Regularly I attend music events around London, and when it comes to films I’ll always be at the cinema watching the latest big blockbusters and constantly using my qualifications to further my understanding of the industry. My other passions are ‘doodling’ and show my creations via my Instagram, @cushdoodles and also love photography. I try to carry my camera wherever I go!

    Key Responsibilities: • Providing excellent customer experience to help customers with any query. Contact received daily via inbound calls, emails and social media messages. • Help to resolve customer problems such as delivery issues, wrong order, payments, refunds, faults and returns. Remaining customer focused. • Other personal role, to assist with customer escalations on PayPal. Ensuring they’re regularly checked and responded to efficiently. • Understanding customer needs and providing the correct advise to assist further. • Maintaining a calm, friendly manner when dealing with escalations. • Liaise with Partners selling on the website. Helping assist customers by contacting them on their behalf, or helping the partner with any need of their own in regards to an order. • Supporting colleagues where needed. • Maintain product knowledge for the website. • Work close with the senior members of the team, to help with development. • Help guide and train any new colleague. Additionally, had volunteered to represent the company at Fearne Cotton’s ‘Happy Place’ festival. Over the course of a weekend, was helping assist with creative workshops being ran by ourselves. Dealing with customer bookings and ensuring the experience received was memorable, to exhibit the company at the highest level.
