Responsible for full extensive diary management, travel booking and co-ordination, client liaison, minute-taking, assisting with editing, proofing and style guiding of documentation and providing general administrative support thus ensuring an effective managed process for the CEO's position. - Client account executive responsible for the co-ordination and administration of all logistics associated with the training events for the multinational companies in my portfolio. This includes the maintenance and monitoring of records, attendance and evaluations and arranging training dates, venue, equipment hire, overnight accommodation and travel where necessary. This ensures a professional and supportive relationship between our business and our clients. - Project manager for a number of large multinational company projects. Responsible for the monitoring of deadlines, ensuring that processes adhere to company protocols, informing internal and external stakeholders on the status of the project and providing editing, proofing and style guiding support for the completion of documentation when necessary. This facilitates full efficiency for the client projects in my portfolio. - Provide additional PA support to Director and Senior Consultant when required to allow for the smooth day to day operations within the office environment.

  • - Provide first point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring helpful and professional support for same. - Prepare and collate documents and documentation for senior management, ensuring the correct paperwork is ready for meetings and travel. - Organise travel, transport and hotel accommodation as required and managing the diary thus enabling senior management to be prepared when travelling abroad. - Liaise with customers with regard to potential and actual orders to ensure that any queries or concerns are dealt with appropriately and professionally. - Organise the transfer of monies on a regular basis to different accounts and using different currencies thus ensuring finances are appropriately monitored. - Provide secretarial support to the senior management team as required to ensure the smooth flow of office procedures.

  • - Research Irish mythology and folklore and, thereafter, devise stories to perform as tour guide to museum visitors, thus increasing the enjoyment of their visit. I am regularly commended for my enthusiasm and professional approach. - Perform plays in the evenings based on Irish folklore and legends thus expanding the experiences of museum visitors. - Operate box office on rota basis, ensuring correct ticket allocation and speedy entrance to museum and increased visitor turnover. - Assist in museum shop, ensuring shop area is clean and tidy and that goods are attractively displayed to encourage more purchases by visitors. - Clean museum, when required, to ensure that the museum is ready for business each day.
