Responsible for full extensive diary management (including some personal tasks), travel booking and co-ordination, minute-taking, prioritising meetings in accordance to importance, communication & liaison with suppliers, key external and internal business partners and stake holders and providing general administrative support thus ensuring an effective managed process. Following up financial procedures, including processing of weekly/monthly expense claims. - Relaunch of the internal company newsletter as a blog allowing for more relevant, engaging communications to staff. Creation of copy for same, using correct TOV and branding to ensure consistency of messaging. - Assist and attend high profile company-wide events, lunches, dinners, conferences and networking events during usual office hours and occasional evenings. - Organisation and management of the Cass Art Festival. 4 day festival of art in Bargehouse OXO Tower Wharf. Cass Art’s largest event to date with art from over 175 staff artists, 20 workshops and a Private View event attended by over 300 people.
