My involvement with the Janet Reger brand began at a young age. Since taking on a full time roll in January my responsibilities have included: • Working closely with the CEO, travel arrangements, taking minutes, diary planning, organising samples • Office administration; creating mood boards and presentations • Collecting, archiving all press images • Update social media pages and liaise with licensees making sure all information and imagery is up to date • Point of contact between licensees, PR agency and web design team
I undertook a three month contract at Theo Fennell working on their Digital and Social Media platforms as well as working closely with the PR Department. My responsibilities included: • Daily posts on Social Media as well as running and monitoring competitions • Visual Merchandising of the website and creating imagery • Product Uploads to the website • Writing copy for individual products as well as for Social Media posts
My employment at Fenwick began in the head offices as a Junior Assistant Merchandiser, the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in the E-Commerce department arose, my responsibilities included: • Inputting weekly figures, creating various analytical spreadsheets, filing and general office organisation/administration • Pulling stock for online sales, processing sales and when issues arose; liaising with customers and suppliers to find a resolve • Using Magento to manually update stocks on the website • Working with SagePay to process refunds and access any fraudulent sales
