With the Shard being one of the worlds most iconic buildings, we hold many events with some of the largest and most influential brands and companies.
Event Management is a key feature and aspect of my role, working with strict timelines and responding professionally, ensuring all the correct procedures and deadlines are met. Alongside risk assessments, permits, logistic planning and overall management for most events we hold in the building.
From managing key accounts, taking client enquiries and managing the process. I ensure the safety of our clients at all times.
Providing a consistent outstanding level of customer service.
Developing and training junior members of the team.
As part of my role I will be liasing with company VIP's occupying the building, as well as special guests.
I work closely with many of the managing directors providing any administrative support and ensure all preparations are in place.
Attending the event on the day to ensure all runs smoothly. Including when guests enter and leave the building.

Primary responsibilities include Managing a Flagship Store, the deliverance of their specific retail budget.
Maintaining Value and increasing profit. Strategic planning to perform ahead of the current Market Sector.
Manage direct reports daily, stock levels and brand targets. Ensuring all Client communications, Customer needs and customer service is met.
Alongside data management and protection. Store merchandising, brand launches, internal and external campaigns. Also managing Stock ordering, tester ordering, brand training and team development.
Collaboratively working with Media, PR and Marketing Teams. Overlooking brands such as Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, Diesel and Proenza Schouler.
