About me

My name is Anthony, also known as Tony Supreme through my creative endeavours. I am a radio producer and presenter for my platform Soul Surge which is all about discovering, highlighting and championing homegrown talent from Black British artists primarily. Through radio and events I have been able to connect talented artists with their audience and foster a community who love and appreciate Soul, Jazz and R&B sounds. Soul Surge has a weekly show on No Signal as well as a show on Reprezent Radio which focuses on introducing listeners to new music! I am an award winning radio producer and presenter for the Prison Radio Association on National Prison Radio, this is a role I love that combines my work in charity with my work in music. I produce and host the daily breakfast show, Porridge, which broadcasts into cells across England.

• Soul Surge on No Signal RadioEvery Saturday morning from 10am-1pm, Soul Surge takes the listener on a journey of soulful sounds and self care. We curate a show which focuses on music from homegrown artists before delving into sounds from across the world and ending with Soul Classics! We have a solid base of listeners who enjoy the show and tune in weekly, now over 20 shows in, Soul Surge continues to push the sounds of Soul, Jazz and R&B in the UK music industry.
• Late @ TateThanks to Reprezent Radio, Soul Surge took over the Djanogly Cafe in Tate Britain with an evening of art, live art, live performances and more as an extension of our events "The Hangouts" which blends music, art and community!
• The Red RoomIn 2016 I started a live music showcase called The Red Room, I'd select artists who I'd been supporting and discovering on my first radio show on Pulse 88. Soul Surge featured artists such as Mundu, Lex Amor, Keziah Who, Malick VI and more.

I play all types of music but generally upbeat sounds, I also use some aspects of the show to focus on wellbeing tips and advice to help people in prison on their day to day experience.
