About me

Few years ago I completed postgraduate course in Fine Art at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, and Post-Experience Programme in Painting at the Royal College of Art – London. In my work experience I have been teaching Art (6 - 14) years old students, at British School of Sofia for the period of three years. Working in one international, multicultural environment with students from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds was an excellent experience and great opportunity for personal development. Teaching has given me the skills to interact with young people in one emotionally supportive way, better understand their different needs, beliefs and values. I also have experience working for five years at a Theatre company, where I was responsible for the creation and design of all advertising materials for every new production. Working in a team, my job required excellent communication skills, liaising with theatre directors, actors, stage designers, and managers of the theatre, in creating a successful final product. Im practicing artist. Recently I have been shortlisted for the project called “100 Painters of Tomorrow” (an ambitious project, initiated by editor-curator Kurt Beers and the publishers Thames & Hudson, with the collaboration of the ICA London, to find the 100 most exciting painters at work today)
