- Managing the customer accounts of professionals who use our web-based employee reward programmes. - Establishing good rapport with customers, whilst efficiently resolving their queries and providing excellent customer service. - Liaising with affiliate contacts and colleagues across different departments in a professional manner to build dependable working relationships.
