Planning and implementing revised floor moves to maximise sales
Working with Head Office as a trial site for testing all guidelines and new visual set-ups and tests
Key VM trainer for all new starters across all sites
Reviewing weekly sales plans and setting plans to hit all KPIs
Reporting back to Head Office on achieved sales, missed opportunities and potential growth areas
Executing floor plans and stock swaps, ensuring all VM guidelines are met where possible, and an ideal compromise is met where stock or layout won’t allow guidelines to be met
Suggesting window schemes, and planning the roll out of successful schemes across all sites
Key Achievements
Establishing and constructing the Arket new starter pack for all VM hires
Created new VM guideline pack and format as a side project for Head Office, which is now used business-wide
Increasing revenue of kids’ department by ca. 20% in one week, by redesigning floorplans
Launching new sites in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Amsterdam, and three doors across London
Establishing a clear brand DNA and look via all mannequin and in-store styling

Supporting the floor moves of all departments including Menswear, Childrenswear and Ladieswear
Planning and managing the VM and styling team of 14
Key Achievements
Managing the team to create the ‘model shop’ for womenswear, whereby Head Office would tour the site ahead of launch, before creating VM guidelines and rolling out to all UK stores
Successful VM launch of Kenzo and Balmain capsule collections
Setting up Head Office showroom for all SMT presentations, influencers and celebrity endorsements and visits
