I am an enthusiastic, hard working and motivated individual currently seeking employment within the creative industry. I have gained a number of years of practical and valuable work-based skills, which I now wish to utilise within an industry where my passion and interests lie.
My role at OVO Energy as a billing specialist is to provide financial and technical information for every customer account across all in-house departments. This may lead to additional customer support depending on the severity of the issue. To successfully ensure each account is processed to the highest quality I must use my own initiative to problem solve individual queries. Responsibilities: • Internal and external billing query resolutions • Technical support for all billing tasks • Completion of pending issues and response to all customer tickets • Providing training and support to staff members • Working on emergency and high priority tickets • Amending all interest and contract rates across customer accounts
I was responsible for managing the technical, software and licensing needs for a number of existing customers as well as researching, approaching and generating new client leads providing them with product solutions and excellent customer service. The role required me to support a program called the ‘New Enterprise Allowance’ which is a government backed scheme aimed at helping unemployed people on job seekers allowance to become self employed. My main role was to ensure take up of the scheme by providing the client with all the relevant information. Responsibilities: • Manning the phone • Signing clients onto the program • Offering support to clients in person and over the phone • Operating the client data base • Liaising with business partners to record client information • Managing and recording all data entry • Providing data specific reports as required
During my time working for Central YMCA I was responsible for the varying needs of three separate businesses within this multi occupancy office. The role enabled me to interact with each department taking on any jobs that required additional help. Responsibilities: • Answering phones and interacting with customers • Sorting post and emails • Arranging couriers and special deliveries • Data entry • Input into special projects and working with team members across all the businesses • General administration such as filling, photocopying, binding etc
