    GALLERY COORDINATOR – HENI PUBLISHING (JAN 2018 – DEC 2018) • Creating necessary documents for the exhibition such as price list including the editions of the artworks and list of works for internal staff and external clients. • Managing the exhibition schedule and coordinating different tasks, such as liaising with the graphic designers who are designing the Door Sign/Lift poster / Vinyl. • Arranging installation shots and at times editing them on Photoshop for the company website. • Conducting interviews for temps to cover the gallery. • Dealing with all communication with the artists. • At the Gallery greet and provide information to visitors. • Arranging and monitoring all the catering, staff and deliveries on the day on launch day and previews. HENI TALKS: Social Media - HENI TALKS A Ted Talks style short videos for students and art specialists about art history. I have helped on HENI Talks whilst doing my Gallery Co-ordinator role. • Working closely with Heni Talks team and understanding their films and leaning about art history – I took an evening course for 10 weeks at Imperial to gain knowledge in Modern Art and Design. • Looking at the analytics of social media to see what can be done to improve engagement, from the information provided by a data analyst. • Grading the stills from the films for all platforms on photoshop. • Uploading content on Hootsuite. • Keeping content fresh and targeting the right audience.

    • Working closely with senior photographers on varied shoots. • My main project was working on Damien Hirst's project called Treasures from the Wreck of the Unbelievable at the Venice Biennale. This was a 9-month project and I assisted on shoots of sculptures, paintings and creating installation shots. All the shots were used to create the catalogue for this exhibition. • Honed my editing skills on Adobe Photoshop. • Assisted on shoots for galleries in London.
