  • • Working with brands such as Barclaycard, Bacardi, Volvo and Motorola on budgets up to £2 million to delivery high end sponsor integration. • Managing various projects up to £50,000 for sponsors, in house and side projects. • Budget management on project for Motorola to ensure all projects are kept within budget and delivered to the highest standard. • Liaising with the design team to ensure the correct marketing or space has been filled. Creating the briefs for the design studio to work from. And then ensuring correct delivery of these items to the social media team. • Running of P and L structures to ensure tight deliverance of marketing, sales and merchandising budgets across Snowbombing. • Managing a team of up to 10 people whilst on site, coordinating the movement of these people and delivering all tasks using these staff to assist me. • Manage supplier accounts in line for Bluepeg, Mission PR and Get involved to deliver various accounts through the year. • Contacting new potential partners and sponsors. Plus managing these accounts to ensure smooth delivery of all aspects of the account. • Raising invoices and liaising with the accounts department to track payments – using a PO system via excel. • Looking after VIPs and Press at the events ensuring the smooth running of the event. • Involved in organising planning and controlling exhibitions at the LSS and MSE. • Involved in sales, pricing and budget projections across all events including smaller scale events. • Managing merchandise projects across all festival - Successfully making a profit every time. • Project managing small scale overseas events for PR Launches and general project management. • Proof reading for all marketing materials, print and online. • Managing & maintaining product & data information within company systems. • Organising promotional small scale events for Snowbombing working with Barclaycard and Motorola, to deliver small activations in various locations on site at large scale events. • Liaising on a daily basis with clients, customers and suppliers to create the most positive, up to date and correct information. • Creating PowerPoint and Word pitches for sponsors and project pitches to help show how the events, projects or shows will be delivered. • Market research to keep abreast with industry developments. • Producing & analysing sales figures, reporting back to marketing managers to keep on track with the target for all projects across the board. • Supporting the company in the implementation of its marketing campaigns. • Arranging invoices for all staffing and arranging payments for suppliers.
