Leading a team of editors, artists and producers, overseeing work from an EP level while finding creative production solutions to clients needs, and delivering creative with both challenging budgets and tight timelines.     Responsible for management of all internal productions for online, digital, social content that range from full end to end production shoots, as well as sole offline and VFX only projects. Implement production processes, guidelines and policies to follow within agency. Scope, budget, and lead resource management of all internal productions. (Promos, social content, short films, TV broadcast and online ads.) Ensuring strong client relationships within agency are maintained, and all work is to client and creative satisfaction. Lead management of all full time VFX artists, editors and producers, as well as all freelance or part time staff, while researching and scouting for external partners and artists to bring onboard. Manage all HR decisions within department and advise mentor internal team. Lead long term planning and growth for the department, managing financial and operational risks, while overseeing internal department revenue and ensure positive impact on departments effectiveness within and outside of agency.

    Manage colour grading department consisting of 3 senior film colourists and 6 support staff inside multi-award winning visual effects studio; responsible for HR, scheduling, billing, project management, resource management and new business - reporting directly to executive team across London and LA offices.
