Manage post-production schedules of broadcast/web campaigns for eight film editors at once, while lead resource management of company wide workflow and mentoring/supervising all eight assistant editors. Project manage and support full post-production process from offline edit, colour grade, conversion to various digital platforms, VFX requirements to final delivery. Lead all phases of development, design, quality control, deployment and maintenance while managing all incoming opportunities. Ensure each project is under budget, brand guidelines and all client expectations are met before delivery.
