  London Design Festival 2018At Home with Hostmaker specialise in creating bold and theatrical interiors for homes and homestays. Believing that a home should be an experiential retreat, full of discovery and little details, local makers, live demonstrations and workshops brought the space to life.   At Home with Hostmaker - rebranding our in-house design studioThe next challenge for the now 15-strong team was to grow and take on external design projects, while remaining true to its philosophy and still dedicating part of its work to Hostmaker. To do this, a separate identity was needed. One that would encapsulate the studio's values and approach.

  Design Ops - Improving design efficiencies and processesHostmaker teams are constantly searching for new ways to streamline the processes to work towards a common goal. The design department had a scenario worth looking at to improve its efficiency and collaboration. Identifying the key issues affecting the design team and tackling them with strategic solutions, allow the company to optimise optimize design team’s time and skills while winning operational efficiencies, and improving internal collaboration.

  Hostmaker InteriorsAfter keeping our interior design studio separately for almost a year, we decided to integrate it with the core Hostmaker product to give a consistent and seamless experience to our hosts and win internal efficiencies. Some of the integration key initiatives were the Interiors brand rebranding and the website redesign.

  Hostmaker Modular Landing PagesThe goal was to create a versatile modular system that would allow the marketing team to plan the landing pages they need for each campaign, with responsive modules designed for each case. This modular system would require minimum effort from production and faster delivery times.
