Providing general administrative support to director and designers, generally the first point of contact for clients and visitors; answering the telephone, managing the staff calendar, organising meetings with clients, contractors and suppliers. Filing client/ project documents & maintaining fabric sample cupboards. Taking a hands on approach, assisting in delivering projects from concept to production, researching products & suppliers, placing orders with suppliers, through to assisting in space planning and producing 3D visualisations for clients. Producing relevant project documents, snagging lists, costing sheets & invoices & chasing up outstanding payments. Dealing with all outgoing and incoming couriers & processing all outgoing and incoming post. Keeping office presentable at all times & completing miscellaneous errands.
