    As a member of the communications team, my role is to maximise brand awareness of key campaigns with close work with PR, marketing, brand and design. • Created marketing communications calendar for AW17 and SS183 collections to align internal teams and highlight key messaging through each channel with a report on ROI or brand awareness • Produced a brand deliverables and content calendar that served the needs of every channel with a budget and KPI to provide to stakeholders throughout the business • Briefed and oversaw a number of photo-shoot’s, commissions and interviews for the Hackett Magazine and online channels • Increased B2B marketing communications with key partners including Aston Martin, Diageo and Henley Royal Regatta • Worked with a number of influencers and media representatives from publications such as GQ and The Financial Times to maximise regional coverage of key campaigns through digital communications channels • Produced podcasts with Menswear Style to increase brand awareness amongst menswear clientele – all advertising was tracked to provide ROI to wider team • Creating positive sentiment with customer base and new audiences through direct mail, magazine and social media campaigns • Project managed creative teams and external agencies to increase content for channels including paid, social, email and website to enhance key campaigns • Introduced paid advertising strategy to become brand and performance centric – I presented this to the wider communications, marketing and design teams to provide insight into what works well and any leanings on what to improve • Managed a team of two to execute and report weekly on paid social advertising, email marketing and CRM segmentation • Increased affiliate marketing network by recruiting new publishers in the shopping, loyalty and sub network verticals. Increased revenue by lowering commission rate to 6.7%. Total revenue of £70k with an ROI of 400+%
