Key responsibilities: • Plan and implement distinctive and integrated marketing strategies for every Decanter event, including Decanter Fine Wine Encounters and Trade and Consumer events • devise online and print advertising campaigns for events and subscriptions • create posters, flyers, bespoke e-newsletters and all other campaign communications • liaise with third parties to promote events to their members and seek partnership opportunities • regularly review ticket sales and monitor performance • liaise with digital team to promote events and drive ticket sales • drive Decanter Subscriptions – print and digital

Key responsibilities: • Execute marketing plans to drive visitation and awareness of events at Darling Harbour (including production of collateral, direct mail brochures/flyers, posters, promotional items, signage, OOH media, publicity, design schedule, research) • brand guardian • briefing events teams on marketing deliverables before event day • ensuring the marketing requirements form various internal departments are delivered • implement the digital marketing plans for products and events on time and within budget • coordinate all content on the Authority’s consumer websites and review to ensure accuracy in Umbraco • email campaigns (monthly What’s On & event specific) in Campaign Monitor • competition prize sourcing and coordination • monthly social media reporting.
