About me
I believe firmly that you don’t make progress by watching from the side-lines, you do it by getting involved and making things happen – and my career development and success to date are testament to this. They include transforming the brand and positioning of the world’s pre-eminent luxury collectibles business whilst increasing its revenues internationally and successfully managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across the Group; increasing applications by 41% at QA and comfortably integrating both B2B and B2C channels.

    Senior Marketing ManagerProperty Frontiers
    London, United KingdomFull Time
Senior Marketing Manager, Property Frontiers (Buy-To-Let and Hotel Room Investment Specialists). Recruited to drive both day-to-day management of projects and the overall corporate marketing. Successfully built a repositioning strategy and marketing plan to target HNW (high net worth) property investors. • Devised a new marketing plan, which included: channels to market, marketing strategies, customer journey and a new website (which was mapped out and scoped for build). The plan also encompassed a strategy for GDPR and this was then rolled out while considering company wide changes. • Created and compiled both project campaigns and corporate marketing, including brochures, landing pages and emails marketing campaigns. Which also included overall marketing material and design; managing internal and external suppliers to ensure projects were launched on time. • Established and implemented reporting structures and marketing matrices for the department. Whilst also planning a full migration for the EMS system from Mail Chimp to Campaign Monitor, to improve the automation process (lead nurturing). • Managed and executed video production, podcasts and other multimedia campaigns, while also liaising with external PR agencies, providing relevant product information and content.

    Marketing ManagerStanley Gibbons
     - London, United KingdomFull Time
Marketing Manager, Stanley Gibbons (the world’s premier luxury collectibles merchant, est. 1856) Promoted to spearhead a fundamental change in the company’s most profitable division, Heritage Investments. Successfully rebranded and repositioned the division to offer investments to a broader range of HNW individuals worldwide. • Devised and successfully rolled out a new marketing strategy, product offering and brand positioning for the division, both internally and externally. This included implementing a more targeted lead generation programme to reinvigorate sales and increase order values. It allowed us to showcase rare, luxury collectibles to HNW individuals in the UK, US, Channel Islands and Asia as a sophisticated, lifestyle purchase. • Completely restructured the website, digital inventory and all collateral, enhancing the quality, effectiveness and making it more impactful. Ensured the successful integration of the UX and UI to the internal CRM / EMS / RMS / ERP systems, despite continued IT failures and constraints. • Successfully managed all agency relationships, negotiating more favourable terms and rationalising where necessary. Also managed appropriate, multi-channel marketing communications in four different countries. Crucially, I re-established internal communications between sales and the specialists. Had sole responsibility for all this. • Established new partnerships with other Royal Warrant holders and key luxury companies who serve HNW individuals globally. From this new network I managed 8 successful co-sponsored events in Hong Kong, Ecuador, London, Jersey and Las Vegas; which delivered £670K of new revenue. • Reviewed and fine-tuned a new approach to the £1M marketing budget to optimise spend; despite budget restrictions. This included an adjustment to marketing activities from outbound to inbound channels and enhancements to the tone of voice for marketing communication, resulting in increased sales by £60K per week. • Instigated a cross-channel marketing campaign costing £26K and generating £480K in sales, built on a new approach of sophisticated, thought provoking, inspirational content, which brought our British heritage and pedigree brand offering to the fore.
