I am a reliable, organised and highly productive individual. I am also determined, outgoing and extremely ambitious and have a ‘can do’ attitude. My background in architectural studies and my vast experience in club and corporate event work has provided me with a unique set of skills which enables me to excel in events management. While I come from a creative background, I have a naturally strong entrepreneurial mind-set and drive. I have also acquired a vast knowledge of technical production, all of which provide me with the ability to understand a project from many different angles and allows me to make informed decisions intuitively. I love to work as part of a team but I am also just as comfortable when in charge and leading others, I thrive under pressure and love working on exciting events and with like- minded people. I have a huge range of interests and a wide spread of abilities and as a result I am involved in a number of different projects which in turn forces me to be extremely pro-active, flexible and adaptable. I am always keen to be challenged and quick to pick up new concepts and ideas. Being involved in such a variety of projects has also allowed me to develop my own personal network of contacts across creative, corporate and production industries. Running my own events company has been a great education. Initially I was thrown in at the deep end, this both forced me to consider and understand all the aspects which go into producing a successful event: the creative conception, marketing, design and overall presentation, maintaining positive personal relationships with clients, customers, staff and colleagues, budgeting various projects simultaneously, working under pressure to fixed deadlines and most importantly, being fully accountable for the overall success and completion of any project.
