About me
I'm a freelance 2D animator and illustrator based in Nottingham, having recently graduated with an MA in Animation from Nottingham Trent University following my undergraduate animation degree.
My passion is in developing unique concepts in order to visually communicate ideas of human interest or the human experience that have the capacity to leave a significant impact on the viewer. Involving fantasy elements and whimsical use of colour is a particular signature of my work. I also run my own business called "SPACE CHILD", selling my art as prints, stickers, charms, and pins.
In terms of my personal interests, I'm passionate about LGBT+ activism and I've had the honour of working with skincare brand Glow Hub as an ambassador, sharing my experience as a trans person and building awareness of current issues. My other interests include content creation on sites like YouTube, streaming, plant care, philosophy and feminist theory.

- Red hands are a sign of guiltMy Masters project centred around the outcomes of interviews I held with people on their “passion projects”, which I then used as inspiration for illustrative and animated pieces on those subjects. One of the topics I looked at was eczema, as a sufferer myself I was interested in portraying the guilt and shame that can manifest around highly visible skin conditions such as this.
