About me

 

Having worked as an Administration Assistant and a Receptionist for over two years, I have developed strong written and verbal communication skills. I have the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. I have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and am able to learn new systems in a fast and timely manner. I suit an office administration role as I have the proven experience and correct skill set to carry out all tasks that I am required to undertake.

  • Administration Assistant (January 2014 – December 2015) Administration Duties: - Use of Netsuite to find client details, log telephone calls, cases and tasks - Assigning leads that come through to sales team on Netsuite - Monitoring of Naked Tan’s information email and assigning tasks for the relevant team to complete or replying to emails myself on Outlook - Ordering of stationery from Officeworks - Answering telephones as required - Updating team manuals, templates and PowerPoint presentations - Minute taking of staff meetings, typing of minutes on Microsoft Word, saving onto hard drive for team members to view - Ordering refreshments as required for team meetings - Assisting marketing, finance and sales teams when needed - Assisting with the training and introduction of any new staff members - Assist with product stock take - General office duties Marketing Duties: - Upload content including images and products onto website via Netsuite - Assisted with the launch of Naked Tans new product release and rebranding in August 2014 - Send newsletters via mailchimp - Email product images to clients via Dropbox - Create website images on Photoshop - Create and send out email campaigns via Netsuite to Naked Tan’s customer database, including consumers, salons and wholesalers - Create and send out SMS campaigns while liaising with external SMS marketing company - Follow up on any businesses asking for donations or product samples then hand this information over to the Naked Tan’s owner - Research information for competitor analysis via internet and telephone - Send products to any brand ambassadors or competition winners Social Media Duties: - In charge of both Naked Tan and their second brand ‘Tan It’s’ Facebook and Instagram accounts, where I create and schedule all posts to be uploaded and reply to any customer enquiries Sales Duties: - Advise customers of the latest specials and enter their orders onto Netsuite to assist the sales team when busy - Troubleshooting any issues that customers may have, if unable to solve, escalate to customer service - In charge of Naked Tan’s eBay account by posting listings and sending out any items that are sold Logistics Duties: - Send morning and afternoon order files to the warehouse for dispatching - When the Logistics Manager was away I was required to follow up with the warehouse for any freight quotes
