- Managing set-ups, administration, pre-production, post-production and the logistic implementation of shoots. - Researching stylists, locations, photographers; collating portfolios and keeping them up-to-date. - Creating shoot briefs, call sheets and shoot schedules. - Scheduling, ensuring shoots run to time and everything that is required has been shot. - Management and production of off-shore shoots. - Scouting locations and booking studios. - Booking models, styling, hair & make-up, set design teams. - Image management processes - retouching, design and artwork. - Developing relationships with model agencies. - Generally assisting the management team.
- Working closely with the editor to produce original creative social content. - Attending, overseeing and assisting in the organisation of photoshoots. - Pitching ideas for editorial content for both online and print. - Assisting in asset design and development. - Building monthly Spotify playlists.
- Establishing an in house creative department that distinguishes each artists unique visual identity. - Heading the video team and coordinating all areas of video and photoshoots. - Working closely with Project Managers, the Digital Marketing Team and Artist Management in order to create engaging creative content. - Self producing music videos, compelling social content and finalised album artwork. - Using knowledge of current trends to strategise and pitch visual treatments through to completion. - Responsible for implementing the organisation of the creative department. - Overseeing and throughly maintaining the archiving of all areas of creative. - Working creative strategies across a number of hugely successful album campaigns. - Maintaining an expert understanding of camera equipment and relevant digital software. - Building strong and trust worthy relationships with our roster of artists.
- Raising the profile of the online channel by creating original video content. - Using knowledge of current trends to pitch ideas for editorial content. - Minimum output of three editorial pieces a week. - Organise the content programming schedule. - Report on platform growth and overall engagement.
