Studio based role facilitating the production of 2D artworks for the artist Idris Khan. Working closely with the artist, I manage a team of four to five painting assistants. Key duties: fabricating stamped art works on aluminium panels, glass, and paper, scheduling artwork production to meet studio deadlines, stock checking and ordering materials, assigning work to the team, art handling, training new assistants. Liaising with the Artist, Studio Director and Production Director to ensure the efficient running and output of the studio. Project management of the production of large-scale site-specific wall drawings in private and public spaces in Berlin, Dubai, San Diego, New York, London, Birmingham, Manchester and Cambridge. This included budgeting, artwork schedule and time management.

Account management support for Tennent's Lager, VisitScotland, The Glasgow School of Art, NHS, Maclay Murray & Spens and Glenfiddich. Office duties included – answering and transferring telephone calls, greeting clients, organising couriers and post, managing and distributing daily job status for designers, minute taking, ordering stationery, job filing, booking travel and accommodation, petty cash management, recording holiday requests and absences.
