I am open to anything however, as long as I can work my way up. I am extremely willing to kick start my career and learn as much as possible within any creative team and environment.   • -In this role my main duties are cooking for the the children of the nursery. Time management, organisation and preparation are key for this role. -Other duties include general help with the children, helping out with outdoor games and activities and communicating with them and overseeing their needs.

  • - As a counter assistant, communication was essential to prioritise tasks and to ensure customers were left satisfied with their experience. Excellent communication skills were needed to respond to customer enquiries and enthusiastically engage with customers and regulars, building up a rapport with them. Working in a busy environment and within a team also required collaboration, efficiency and prioritisation of tasks. -Working on a hot food counter, temperature checks of food, ovens and fridges had to be recorded daily, as well as completing paperwork for the stock rotate and determining products needed to be disposed of. This job required the understanding and knowledge of health and safety in the workplace, and taught me to be organised and attentive to detail.

  • -Teaching in a school in Thailand, I taught English to pupils aged 3-8. I had to take on an authoritative role, be responsible for the pupil's learning, plan lessons and decide the best ways to teach topics to accommodate every child's learning needs. - This role required using lots of initiative and having to think outside the box, e.g making up songs and activities to make topics easier to understand, whilst also making lessons fun and enjoyable. This role also required independence and being a role model to pupils.

  • - I worked in a retail kiosk within a team of people, preparing food, drinks and replenishing stock. Working in a busy environment, teamwork was key to getting the job done as quickly and thoroughly as possible. -I typically worked behind a till, handling cash and serving customers. Due to long queues during concerts, football matches etc I had to deal with complaints and angry customers in a positive and reassuring manner, ensuring that the customer left satisfied with their service.

  • -Working in the Athlete Village, I had to X-ray scan athlete’s bags for any dangerous items that could be a threat to the games. It was a highly demanding and vital task, where I helped ensure the games were a safe and fun environment for everyone. -Working in a team, we had to manage long queues and carry out security searches as fast as possible. Persistence, a positive attitude and teamwork were necessary to get tasks done efficiently and effectively.
