• Supporting the PSN Store Coordinator and line manager in the deployment, configuration, testing and building of the storefronts and digital assets within the Playstation® Network • Assist the PSN Store Coordinator with tracking promotional content and store release schedules, quality testing to ensure launch dates are met • Update and report on specified promotional products and their price points using back end IT systems • Liaising with cross functional teams including Digital Trading and Digital Commerce to collect weekly price change schedules to ensure that all promotional offers are published to meet offer end dates • Provide operational support for all store creation, configuration and testing • Audit and validate QA of copy and metadata • Create, build and publish PlayStation products to the PlayStation Store • Upload and publish content such as full games, demos, trials, trailers, themes, avatars, game bundles, game packs and wallpapers. • Provide ad hoc reports as requested by Content Operations Manager
• Supported the label’s Digital Managers with the retrieval of analytical information from integrated databases • Responsible for writing the copy for all RCA artist newsletters (Newsletters available on request) • Researching potential business partnerships opportunities, target blogs, magazines and video sites • Scheduling weekly digital marketing meetings, taking minutes and distributing them to said digital managers • Preparing weekly social media analytics reports of all RCA artists for social networking user activities and weekly ‘RCA Priority Artists’ reports • Chasing the progress of and gathering approved assets for various digital campaigns • Searching for material that infringed on the copyrights of RCA/Sony Music UK artists and drawing up Anti-piracy reports to have said material taken down, (from YouTube and various legal websites)
• Reported to and supported both the Vice President of Strategic Technologies and the Head of eCommerce Operations with day-to-day backend maintenance of specified artist’s European online stores • Configuring products with accurate Meta Data including weight, price and language translations. • Supporting the eCRM team and checking the Euro stores for the correct Omniture and SilverPop data • Compiling weekly reports, documenting and reporting errors CSS and coding bugs •Liaise with all the European territories to ensure that product translations are accurate • Providing information to Digital Marketing Managers on various online campaign strategies
