About me

Although my career started with an extended experience in Management & Sales at "Alain Manoukian" a “prêt-à-porter” high-fashion brand, where results have led me to assume full responsibility for Teams Management along the Sales & Leadership high standards of the company, events and art were always part of my interests and activities – from 1997 to 2004, I worked on holidays as a production assistant of one of the world's major awarded music festival. The end of "Alain Manoukian", gave me the opportunity to explore different skills and by invitation of the director of a famous theatre company, I started my first freelance works curating artistic contents. From there, I have worked with Casino Estoril curating artists some major music events and also have produced my own events and booked a large number of international artists. In 2012, I was invited to work for Pestana Group to curate artistic and cultural contents but as the Sales & Events group's team expanded, I became part of it having the opportunity to pull together my skills on sales and events management for premium services and products, following highly exigent luxury standards as the Pousada was part of “The Leading Hotels of the World”. Along the group's coordination, duty manager and part of the leading supervising team, I was responsible for the implementation of "Pestana Art District", working along with art curators, art directors and both national and international contemporary artists, organizing exhibitions, managing artists residencies and all operational details. Nowadays I work as Head of Sales and Events, for the premium market, with a strong international income, in contact with clients from all around the world. In a short resume, you can consider me a well-driven person with an analytical min-set and keen for creating functional working systems. My motto is that if we build strong relationships, the rest will follow. Family means the world to me and my work is part of who I am.
