London is a stressful place to live and self-care is usually aimed at women. The film aims to normalise men taking care of themselves in any way they so choose. Eurythmy - meaning beautiful flow, is an artistic dance form that is meant to bring harmony, joy and promote a deeper connection to the centre of self through gentle flowing movements.
