Main Tasks and Achievements (but not limited to): • Onboarding the client - defining client needs and managing expectations on the scope and timescale of delivery. • Project Managing Account setup - translating client needs into defined actions for the team, and driving them forward to complete setup in a timely fashion, in alignment with client expectations. • Manage teams to perform SEO and Social optimizations - link acquisition campaigns and outreach, submission of citations, on page optimisation, keyword tracking, SSL certification, Google My Business optimisation, Blog updates. • Manage teams to perform PPC tasks - Google AdWords campaigns, Facebook Prospecting campaigns, Facebook boosted posts. • Build and roll-out various campaigns for all clients, manage budgets (AdWords and Face Book) research demographics and target audience - all the criteria to make sure campaigns are a success. • To Coordinate website builds and hosting migration - for clients requiring specialized site optimization beyond our SEO offerings. • Monitor and evaluate results and performance of - PPC Campaigns, SEO optimizations, Social Content and website builds. • Work with our SEO and PPC Leads, and other teams within the company, to ensure client goals are met and/or exceeded. • Report on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to clients and stakeholders – Hold Review Calls and send updated Statistics and Reports to all clients. • Maximise commercial opportunities for existing and potential accounts - Look to develop existing client business including Upselling and Cross-Selling various service offerings.
