I'm currently an undergraduate studying History at the University of Sheffield. I also work as an events coordinator for both the University's Students Union and Second Floor, a company I co-founded and which runs student club nights in Sheffield. I've had previous experience in the marketing industry at Mindshare, and ultimately aspire to undertake a career as a copywriter. Alongside promotion work I represent intramural (society led) and social sport on the UoS Sports Committee, and am currently developing a marketing strategy to promote social sport for first year and international students. Furthermore, working with Sports Sheffield I have successfully established an intramural lacrosse league, getting over 60 students involved with sport. My study of History at University has complimented my ability to prioritise innovation when approaching challenges. I strive to generate wholly original responses to any task, whether it's an essay or a creative brief. I am currently looking for any temporary work or work experience related to the advertising and marketing industries. You can contact me on here through my profile, or email, at firstname.lastname@example.org
